Hailing from Dayton, Ohio, By Way of Sunstorm has pulled off some pretty impressive shows in its existence. If recent performances with Truckfighters, Enabler, and Mouth of the Architect are any indication, they show no signs of changing that pattern any time soon.
Merging doom and thrash with more progressive influences, and relying on a heady two-guitar combo, the band has a great live presence with the talent to back it up.
As comfortable on a club stage as they are in a DIY spot, they are definitely one of the best heavy bands in Dayton, and they've expanded to play shows all across the state.
