Aside from putting out some of the most gut-wrenching music ANY side of Scioto River, the Bastards from Columbus, OH are also responsible for some of the most hilarious cracked-out flyers of any band playing in the Rust Belt/Midwest underground. But back to the music: in a word, uncompromising. When you wake up the morning after a Bastards show with aching ribs and ringing ears still drunk from the night before you know you had one hell of a time. Bassist Joel Archibald also happens to be one of the coolest dudes on the planet, making custom speaker cabs for fellow Columbus musicians and being one of the brains behind the Dudelocker Festival, now in it's 4th year running.
